How far ahead should I book, and how do we start?
For day trips and suburban private cars, even a few days to 2–4 weeks in advance works well. For multi-city trips or peak holidays (May Day, Golden Week, Chinese New Year) and tight museum quotas like the Forbidden City or Terracotta Warriors, 2–4 weeks or earlier gives the best options. To start, simply tell us your dates, group size, and what you’d like to see.
Is it really private, and can you tailor it to families or other languages?
Every booking is 100% exclusive to your group: your own private vehicle and driver, never shared with strangers. We regularly organize relaxed trips for families with children and for seniors, and we can arrange English-speaking guides whenever needed.
What’s included — and do we have to book hotels through you?
Hotels are completely optional. Many independent travelers prefer to book their own hotels and just use our flat-rate private cars, drivers, and rail or ticket booking service. If you prefer a seamless all-in trip, we can also include vetted 3–4 star comfort or 4–5 star hotels with verified locations near stations or sights.
How is pricing calculated, and what happens after I send the form?
Private vehicles are flat-rate per vehicle per day (€98 for 5-seaters, €108 for 7-seater MPVs, including 8 hours, 200 km, fuel, tolls, and parking). Train tickets and attraction entries are billed at official face value. Within 24 hours of receiving your note, we send a realistic outline with transparent pricing, honest suggestions, and clear options.
